Where do we deliver to?
Furniture Warehouse Sale aim to make it as easy as possible for you to receive your products in a timely and convenient manner. We ship to all locations across Australia at competitive rates and offer $66 shipping within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area. Our standard shipping fee includes efficient front door delivery. If you have any special requirements – such as that products be transported up stairs or in a lift – please notify one of our helpful representatives, who will make the necessary arrangements for a competitive additional fee.
How much does delivery cost?
Melbourne Metro - $66 for a maximum of 2 cubic metres.
Commercial quantities are charged at $225 per load. This includes driver and assistant using a truck designed for moving furniture. If you're unsure, please call 1300 579 328.
Non Melbourne States - We offer competitive delivery fees with our preferred freight companies. The exact fee will depend upon both the quantity of products ordered, cubic meter dimensions and the delivery destination. How are furniture items packed?
We are committed to ensuring that products reach you in perfect condition and pack them well. Most items are boxed or for multiple quantities we may combine products to save you money on the cubic meter rate.
Delivery to PO Boxes?
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I pickup from your warehouse?
Yes. We have no problem allowing you to pick up your goods direct from our warehouse in Campbellfield Melbourne. Address for midweek pickups is Warehouse 1, 172-176 Barry Rd Campbellfield Melbourne. Weekend pickups are from Warehouse 2, 172-176 Barry Rd Campbellfield Melbourne.
How long will my delivery take?
Items can be delivered within 10 to 12 working days depending on the size of the order and the delivery destination. (Perth, Darwin, Tasmania and some remote regional locations may take longer). To receive an estimated shipping time, please contact us on 1300 579 328 or email email@example.com
Do you contact me to advise on delivery dates and approximate times?
Our furniture logistics team will always contact you to confirm delivery date and approximate time when goods will be delivered. For interstate freight, dates and times are only our best estimates. We will instruct the drivers to contact you on the day of estimated delivery and give you an AM or PM time-slot.
Do we provide an unpacking and on-site installation service?

What if goods are damaged during delivery?
Goods that are shipped by Furniture Warehouse Sale on behalf of the customers are not insured unless our customer notifies us prior to delivery and pays the appropriate insured delivery fee.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. For all non metro freight, our shipping partners offers the provision of a shipping ID which you can use to check your deliveries status during each stage of the transit process.
